The Isidore String Quartet won the Banff International String Quartet Competition in 2022 and now performs in more than 125 cities each season, with recent debuts at Wigmore Hall and the Philharmonie de Paris. Critics have praised their “exquisitely unified playing” and described their sound as refined and tightly synchronized. Their program includes Mozart’s String Quartet No. 21 and Beethoven’s “Razumovsky” No. 2, alongside Billy Childs’ String Quartet No. 4, which was written for the quartet and receives its premiere this season.
