Korean-born pianist Jeewon Park made her debut at the age of 12, performing Chopin’s First Concerto with the Korean Symphony Orchestra. Since then Park has performed as a recitalist, soloist with orchestra, and chamber musician in major concert halls across North America, and throughout Europe and Asia. She performed as a soloist in the inaugural festival of the IBK Chamber Hall at the Seoul Arts Center, in addition to engagements at such venues as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Tilles Center for the Performing Arts, Vilar Performing Arts Center, and Kumho Art Hall, among others. Park is a frequent performer at Bargemusic in New York. A passionate chamber musician, Jeewon Park has performed at prominent festivals throughout the world, including Spoleto USA, Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival, Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival, Seoul Spring Festival, Great Mountains Music Festival, Appalachian Summer Festival, Central Vermont Chamber Music Festival, Taos Summer Music Festival, Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, Eastern Music Festival, the Emilia-Romagna Festival (Italy), the Music Alp in Courchevel (France), and the Kusatsu Summer Music Festival (Japan). Currently, she is the co-artistic director, along with her husband, Edward Arron, of the Performing Artists in Residence series at the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA.
