Sarah McKiddy, PhD, is a researcher investigating how musical and social engagement shape brain health and well-being across the lifespan. She earned her PhD in Nursing Science at the University of Washington and brings training as a violinist to her research. Guided by community-based participatory approaches and co-design principles, her work examines how cultivating partnerships between academic, arts, and health institutions can strengthen the social and cultural infrastructure that supports cognitive resilience and nourishes opportunities for people to contribute, connect, and exercise creativity in community life.
We are on a mission to bring the highest quality musical experiences to all corners of our community.
