Master Class Overview
Local music students get the opportunity to learn from Festival musicians through our Master Classes. Classical music has a long tradition of performers and instructors working with younger students to delve into a piece of music and approach it from a different perspective.
In 2018, SCMS offered 8 Master Classes to students aged 10-25, in high school classrooms, university classes, and summer music programs. When possible, these events are open to the general public.
