Seattle Chamber Music Society partners with Seattle Parks and Recreation to program a number of different free events in the park around the city of Seattle. Each of these vibrant and engaging activities connect with a wide range of neighborhood communities to make these events as unique as the host parks.
Chamber Music in the Park — Free
Join SCMS for a free outdoor performance in the park at Volunteer Park. This event is perfect to come and enjoy a beautiful evening in the park with a picnic and a live performance featuring Festival musicians. This year’s event is taking place on Saturday, July 28th and includes a community play-along! Get more details and program information.
Music Under The Stars — Free
A free, live student performance precedes a live audio broadcast from Benaroya Hall for each of our 12 concerts. Learn more details and get a full list of parks and scheduled student performances.
Live Concert Radio Broadcasts — Free
Join approximately 300,000 Chamber Music lovers throughout the Puget Sound as all of our concerts are broadcast live on Classical KING-FM 98.1 and around the world at www.king.org/Local-Broadcasts.
