A 45-minute program especially suited for children ages 5-10 and their parents and grandparents. Explore the musical language of poetry with Children's Poet Laureate Jack Prelutsky as he reads Behold the Bold Umbrellaphant, a collection of whimsical verses, along with a few other surprises. Enjoy the chamber music accompaniment of composer Lucas Richman, whose works written specifically for children have been featured in young people's concerts across the country. *Free hotdogs and lemonade on the lawn at 6 PM!
